Job Description:
This Service is created to manage shutdowns activities and maintenance activities carried out in campaign mode, as well as provide oversight and strategic direction to Management on the efficient execution of the shutdowns and Campaign of works objective safely and in a cost-effective manner.
SERVICE DIMENSIONS & PURPOSE
The Service is a Non-Rotational Service, with 75% of the time spent in the base for preparations and 25% of the time on site for executions as well as preparation clarification meetings. Presence of the Service function is 5 days/week
Objectives:
Is responsible for organizing the preparation and realization of Shut Down and campaign operations on site
Ensures Shut Down and campaign preparation team including maintenance, inspection, production, HSE and scheduling scope.
Ensures Shut Down activities and campaigns are performed efficiently, in compliance with CR, HSE standards and Integrity policies.
Efficiently manage the interface with various campaign stakeholders, during preparation and execution phases
Management scope:
Direct reports & Indirect reports: 15, Third party personnel from 50-600 during SD.
Third party personnel from 12-40 during Preparation
Interfaces: In order to achieve the set Service objectives, the function will interface with the following entities;
DW Operations support entities, DW Field Offshore, DW Field Onshore, EXP Disciplines, OSL Team
Asset Integrity, Technical Services, GSR & Asset Management
ACTIVITIES
Conduct core Shut Down and campaign of works activities through the following:
Provide adequate coordination of Shutdown and campaign activities
Supervise Shutdown and campaign close out and resource demobilization
Foster broad and open collaboration between COMPANY and contractors to share the objectives and establish the right conditions for Shutdown and campaign operations
Provide the annual campaign work program
Provide coaching and mentorship to the SD
Conduct Planning activities through the following:
Request and analyze evaluation studies and options of planning
Define and optimize Shutdown and campaign planning for each “unit”, including:
Scope of work (work list, testing, repairs, replacements, etc.)
Manpower and competencies for POB issues
Material resources / means
Methodologies and procedures
Schedule
Certification/resources
Conduct Reporting activities through the following:
Validate and issue progress status and reporting, including monitoring and control of activities and execution
Issue a close out report and capitalize on lessons learned
Coordinate updates for all site procedures used for Shutdown and campaign activities, ensuring missing or specific procedures are prepared and validated.
Organize technical preparation (technical dossiers) and material preparation (logistics – infrastructures) for Shutdown and campaign, with the team and the designated correspondents in the entities involved.
Conduct Inventory activities through the following:
Coordinate material and services procurement in collaboration with ECP / Maintenance/DW C&P
Coordinate delivery, storage and dispatching of goods – LADOL, ONNE and SITE
Conduct Budget activities through the following:
Organize pre-selection of contractors, in coordination with the affiliate Purchasing department, writing of tender documents, technical and commercial adjustments, and takes part in the final choice of contractors
Propose the budget for each shut down, making sure that the best technical and economic solutions are chosen
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
The Shutdown work takes place in a context of intense maintenance, modification and project activity and in the shortest possible time (due to production shortfalls).

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountable for all Shut Down and major interventions to support DW Operations
Accountable for Shut Down CAPEX & OPEX budget (Performance & budget)
HSE OBJECTIVES
Familiarize yourself with COMPANY emergency procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities safely and report any incident, unsafe act or operation.
Ensure all personnel under his/her supervision are well trained and aware of their HSE responsibilities with continuous monitoring.
Lead Teams HSE commitment to COMPANY Policy and Standards
Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards
Actively lead Company safety awareness and initiative HSE improvement schemes
Conduct HSE activities through the following:
Take part in defining the HSE objectives of Shut Down and campaign activities.
Implement the specific HSE procedures and audits for Shut Down and campaign activities
Ensure that HSE rules are disseminated among, and applied by the contractors involved
Implement any corrective action that might be necessary
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Professional Engineering discipline
10 – 15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry, in Maintenance, Operations or Project Management
A strong Management capability and an aptitude to adapt to changing situations
Good supervisory, analysis, communication and initiative.
Good working knowledge of English required as exchanges and documents are mostly in English.
Knowledge of COMPANY métier technical rules and of the international standards
