Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Restock shelves and monitor product displays
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
  • Provide product information and respond to customer inquiries
  • Support other store activities as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be smart, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Previous retail experience is an added advantage
  • For the Yoruba-speaking role: must be fluent and expressive in Yoruba
