SERVICE APARTMENT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Digital Marketing

– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract both short-term and long-term guests.

– Manage and optimize the apartment’s online presence on Airbnb, Booking.com, and social media.

– Create and run paid and organic social media campaigns to boost awareness and bookings.

– Engage with potential guests via social media, email, and direct marketing strategies.

– Establish partnerships with travel agencies, corporate organizations, and relocation firms.

2. Daily Operations & Guest Management

– Ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out.

– Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

– Maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort by coordinating with housekeeping.

– Monitor maintenance needs and ensure timely repairs and upkeep.

– Implement security and safety measures for guests and property assets.

3. Financial & Administrative Management

– Track bookings, revenue, expenses, and occupancy rates.

– Ensure proper recording of all payments, invoices, and client transactions.

– Optimize pricing strategies to maximize revenue and maintain competitive rates.

– Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and service subscriptions are up to date.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in managing service apartments, hotels, or short-term rentals.

– Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.

– Experience using Airbnb, Booking.com, and other booking platforms.

– Excellent customer service and communication skills.

– Ability to work independently and drive business growth.

– Knowledge of property maintenance and housekeeping management is an advantage.
