Senior Next.js Developer

Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Next.js Developer to architect and implement performant, scalable, and intelligent front-end experiences for users across the uPivotal ecosystem. You’ll work closely with product, backend, and AI systems teams to bring complex innovation workflows to life with intuitive and accessible user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end architecture using Next.js , React , and TypeScript
• Build modular, reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS , Radix UI , and related libraries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user flows for AI-assisted project planning, knowledge graphs, and innovation pipelines
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and international use (low-bandwidth and mobile-friendly environments)
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs from internal and third-party services
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and devops where needed (Vercel, Netlify, Docker, etc.)

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building modern web apps
• Expert-level proficiency with Next.js , React , and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of SSR, ISR, and front-end performance optimization
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in fast-paced, agile teams
• Excellent communication skills and experience in fully remote environments

Desired/Bonus Skills

• Experience with AWS deployments.
• Experience leading and mentoring other front-end developers.
