Job Description:

As a Senior Designer Architect, you will play a key role in delivering projects from concept to completion, leading design and execution while ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage project coordination, and oversee site activities to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed technical drawings and 3D models using Sketchup, Revit, AutoCAD and other software (a plus).
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce schematic designs and translate concepts into practical solutions.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to design, quality standards, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolving technical challenges efficiently.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Participate in Developed Design, Technical Design, and Construction Administration phases.
• Assist Directors in leading project teams, including architectural modelling, detailing, and design coordination.
• Take on a project management and site supervision role, ensuring design integrity during construction.
• This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership in design execution, and hands-on project oversight to deliver innovative and compliant architectural solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s Level Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in architecture
• Proficiency in Sketchup, Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite (a plus).
• Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects/multitask efficiently.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to lead others.
