Job Description:

You will build and own a reporting system that connects people, operations, and financials, giving leadership control through actionable insights that drive profitable growth. Your role is to develop and present insights as well as simplify, solidify and get buy-in on which core levers that drive company performance.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a scalable reporting system that links operational, financial, and HR data.
• Analyze performance metrics to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to define key drivers of performance and align reporting to strategic priorities.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Present regular reports and dashboards that support informed executive decision-making.
• Lead performance reviews and contribute to the development of business strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment by ensuring consistent data interpretation across departments.
• Secure stakeholder buy-in for key insights and recommendations by simplifying technical data for non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, financial planning, or business intelligence.
• Proven experience in building dashboards and reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in conveying insights to leadership.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to simplify and structure complex data into compelling narratives.
