We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced Senior Content Creator who lives and breathes premium content. This role is for a creative powerhouse and strategic thinker who understands the nuances of luxury branding, social media virality, and converting visual storytelling into measurable business growth. You will be responsible for crafting, curating, and executing high-performing content across all platforms—especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok—with a laser focus on engaging high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a comprehensive content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and events.
• Create story-driven, elegant, and results-oriented content that embodies the luxury aesthetic brand voice.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos tailored for various formats (Reels, Carousels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Direct on-site and in-studio shoots, working closely with our team of aestheticians, models, and videographers.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
• Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversion—track KPIs such as saves, shares, website clicks, and DM inquiries.
• Regularly A/B test creatives and adapt based on performance analytics.
• Ideate and co-create campaigns with influencers and brand ambassadors in the luxury and beauty space.
• Coordinate UGC content and community features in alignment with brand quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years in content creation, with a strong portfolio in luxury, aesthetics, beauty, or fashion.
• Deep understanding of luxury design, lighting, mood, and premium styling.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom), Final Cut Pro, or similar. Strong photography/videography and editing skills are a must.
• Expertise in creating viral, high-converting content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Extremely organized, detail-obsessed, and capable of managing multiple content streams simultaneously.
• Obsessed with analytics, engagement rates, and converting content into client inquiries.
• Comfortable collaborating with marketing, clinical staff, and third-party creatives.
