Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to lead client engagements, manage audits, drive tax compliance, and support strategic projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and leadership to ensure quality service delivery across diverse sectors.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Senior level
• Experience Length : 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Conduct back-duty tax audits and recovery processes
• File VAT and Withholding Tax returns
• Analyze client data and records for audit or advisory purposes
• Prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations
• Develop business proposals and tender bids
• Design and implement risk-based audit programs
• Lead audit engagements and supervise team members
• Review financial statements and prepare management letters
• Follow up on audit issues to ensure timely resolution
• Provide audit opinions and highlight control weaknesses

Requirements:

• B.Sc or HND in Accounting with a minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit
• A master’s degree is an added advantage
• 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• ICAN or ACCA membership is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Word, PowerPoint, and Data Analysis
• Strong work ethic: honest, accurate, diligent, smart, and a positive attitude.
