Sayed Farms Limited is specialized in the poultry sector covering all its major aspects, and also in the distribution of frozen food in the Nigerian Market. Our line of frozen products has expanded to include the finest quality of chicken, potatoes, cheese, vegetables, seafood, and ice cream products in the market.
Job Responsibilities

• Manage expatriate-related matters, including work permits and immigration documentation.
• Handle CERPAC renewals and process new applications for expatriates.
• Liaise with Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) to ensure compliance with monthly expatriate returns and others.
• Monitor and manage expatriate quota allocations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Oversee visa processing and renewals, including business and work visas for expatriates
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes within the organization.
• Assist in providing guidance and mentorship for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support management in administrative decision-making.
• Assist in improvements to administrative processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in administration preferably from manufacturing companies.
• Strong leadership qualities with proven experience in managing and motivating a team.
• Prior experience in handling expatriate matters, immigration procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in coordinating maintenance and construction activities, managing technicians, and contractors.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 6 years
