Job Description:

We are seeking a well-organized and efficient Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of office tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and department heads.
  • Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic) for documents and records.
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute them to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Greet and attend to clients, partners, and visitors courteously.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, documentation, and reports for meetings.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to coordinate administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in a logistics or maritime environment is an added advantage.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
