Job Description:
We are seeking a well-organized and efficient Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of office tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and department heads.
- Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic) for documents and records.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute them to appropriate stakeholders.
- Greet and attend to clients, partners, and visitors courteously.
- Assist in preparing presentations, documentation, and reports for meetings.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to coordinate administrative functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in a logistics or maritime environment is an added advantage.
Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
