Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and manage a team, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration.
• Task Assignment: Allocate tasks to staff members, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all activities.
• Recruitment: Handle the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
• Budget Creation: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and efficiency.

• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in operations management and recruitment.
• Proficiency in budget creation and financial management.
