We’re seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead a team of sales professionals in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Requirements:
1. Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, with a track record of success in sales leadership roles.
2. Qualification Requirements: HND/BSC in relevant fields.
3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Sales Strategy: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, processes, and policies.
5. Performance Management: Experience in managing sales performance, providing coaching, and feedback.
6. Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
