Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Sales Specialist to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy. This role is critical in positioning NPP as a leader in the solar energy market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of solar energy solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term business growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and negotiating contracts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and promotional efforts.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in solar energy technology.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sector.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products in a way that resonates with customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Salary: 150k-200k
