Sales Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Sales Specialist to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy. This role is critical in positioning NPP as a leader in the solar energy market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and negotiating contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and promotional efforts.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in solar energy technology.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sector.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products in a way that resonates with customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Salary: 150k-200k
