Job Description:

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for converting qualified leads into satisfied customers, driving revenue growth, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess a hunter mentality with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals. The role involves taking ownership of leads, guiding them through the final stages of the sales process, and ensuring client satisfaction through ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion & Deal Closure: Take ownership of qualified leads, driving them through the final stages of the sales process to closure, ensuring all aspects of the deal are managed efficiently.
  • Administrative Management: Manage all administrative aspects of deal closures, including preparing contracts, processing paperwork, and coordinating with internal teams (legal, finance).
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients post-deal closure, ensuring smooth onboarding and delivering a seamless experience.
  • Ongoing Client Support: Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure they are continuously satisfied with the platform.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within existing client accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with the product and customer success teams to relay client feedback and ensure client needs are being met.
  • CRM & Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, contract details, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports on deal closures, client relationship status, and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, with a significant focus on closing deals and consistently exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the construction industry, real estate, or manufacturing sales is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing administrative aspects of sales processes.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales documentation.
  • Ability to understand client challenges and offer practical solutions in the construction technology space.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and drive to pursue and close sales opportunities.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple leads and deals simultaneously.
