Responsibilities

● Write and develop well-structured proposals to secure contracts, partnerships, and funding opportunities.

● Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

● Sales activities; Experience in B2B sales and corporate business development.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and align proposals with client needs and organizational objectives.

● Ensure proposals meet submission deadlines and adhere to required formats and guidelines.

● Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, trends, and competitive landscape.

● Analyze data to generate actionable insights for business development and sales strategies.

● Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation based on research findings.

● Work alongside sales team members by providing research-based insights and assisting in the development of targeted sales strategies.

● Track and analyze the success rate of submitted proposals and sales efforts.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role

● Proven experience in research, proposal writing, or sales support roles.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

● Experience in conducting industry-specific research and data analysis.

● Familiarity with proposal management tools and techniques.

●Knowledge of the industry or sector relevant to the organization’s operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦450,000.00 per month
