We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, showcasing properties, negotiating sales, and ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the Nigerian real estate market, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market conditions, property values, and the real estate transaction process in Nigeria.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Represent Luxury prime real estate limited in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field].
- 1-3 years Proven track record of success in sales, real estate sales is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.
