Our Client is a growing professional cleaning company urgently looking for a go-getter Sales/Marketing Executive to drive new business. If you are a persuasive communicator with experience in B2B marketing, client acquisition, and hands-on sales, we want you on our team. Your job is simple but critical: Get clients. Fast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressively identify and pursue new corporate, commercial, and residential cleaning clients.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales campaigns to win long-term contracts and recurring jobs.
  • Pitch services to decision-makers across industries including real estate, schools, hospitals, offices, retail, and event centers.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel – from lead generation, cold calling, and pitching, to contract closure.
  • Represent the company at networking events, and client meetings.
  • Work with operations to ensure quality delivery that leads to client retention and referrals.
  • Maintain and grow a sales pipeline, prepare reports, and meet monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Proven sales/marketing experience in cleaning, hospitality, or facilities management is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM or lead management tools.
