Job Description:

This role involves identifying potential customers, nurturing client relationships, and driving product sales through direct engagement and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for health and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and target potential clients, distributors, and partners to generate new leads and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • ⁠Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet revenue targets and grow market share in assigned territories or segments.
  • Present, promote, and explain herbal products to prospective clients, highlighting health benefits and competitive advantages.
  • ⁠Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals that align with company goals and maximize profitability.
  • ⁠Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies and product development.
  • Work closely with marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Ensure continuous support to clients post-purchase, addressing concerns and encouraging upselling or renewals.
  • ⁠Ability to work at another designated branch of the company based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
