We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires strategic planning, team management, and effective relationship-building to maximize revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Education: National Diploma (Required)

Experience: Practical: 3 years (Required)
