We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of our business in the bulk rice market. If you have a proven track record of selling rice in bulk markets and are passionate about building lasting relationships with clients, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for bulk rice in key markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach and revenue.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Experience in Bulk Rice Sales: Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in selling rice in bulk markets (no retail experience, please). Retail and bulk markets are distinctly different, and we are specifically targeting the wholesale sector.
  • Relationship Management Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proven Sales Success: A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for closing high-value sales.

Academic qualification:
HND/BSC in any relevant discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦300,000.00 – ₦400,000.00 per month
