Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expansion objectives
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market trends, opportunities, and potential risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and tailor business proposals to meet client needs
  • Lead negotiation processes, contract agreements, and business closure activities
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations, reports, and proposals to clients and senior management
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales in [industry/sector]
