The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurants, driving sales growth, and promoting the benefits of Reisty’s software solutions on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential restaurants that would benefit from joining Reisty, utilizing a mix of prospecting, networking, and cold-calling techniques.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to onboard full-service restaurant restaurant owners and managers onto the Reisty platform.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and functionality of Reisty.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win situation for both Reisty and the restaurants.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the restaurant industry.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop tailored campaigns and materials to support the sales process.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven success in sales, preferably in the technology, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
- Strong network and relationships within the restaurant industry, specifically with restaurant owners and managers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Reisty effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for exceeding goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
