Job Description:
Develop and implement inbound sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
● Lead and manage a team of Sales Associates, providing guidance and coaching.
● Oversee and continually improve the sales process from lead management to closing deals and customer onboarding
● Analyze sales data and trends to optimize strategies and identify opportunities.
● Collaborate with founders, marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
● Ensure high customer satisfaction for new users and address any issues promptly. ● Report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
● Provide input and feedback to optimize direct booking/e-commerce channel Requirements
● Proven experience in a sales management role (Required).
● Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams (Required).
● Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems, e.g., Zoho / Hubspot (Required).
● Exposure to international customers and markets (Preferred).
● Prior work in the Education or Tech Sectors (Preferred).
● Experience with e-commerce and direct booking platforms (Preferred).
