Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Sales and collection responsibility within a designated geographic area.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop new markets and identify potential customers through various channels.
- Regular follow-up and relationship building with customers.
- Manage dealer, corporate, and institutional networks.
- Understand customer requirements and maintain healthy relationships with dealers and customers to maximize sales.
- Provide sales reporting to immediate superior.
- Gather competitive intelligence, including pricing, new products, new sizes, schemes, etc.
Key Skill Areas:
- Proven sales experience.
- Experience in the Nigerian market is preferable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Familiar with selling techniques.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management.
- Self-initiative and motivated.
- Proficient in Management Information Systems (MIS).
Salary:150k-250k
