Job Description:

Responsibility

• Oversight function on Business planning and Budgeting
• Research Identify leads and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver pitches for new opportunities
• Business development strategy formulation
• Engage the Research and Development team for product enhancement in response to market realities
• Foster an enabling working environment for Business Development managers
• Lead training sessions on sales channel management
• Identify training needs for BDMs
• Oversee business development initiatives from the various BDMs
• Scheduling site inspections and booking sales appointment meetings with prospects
• Maintain cordial relationship with existing clients
• Organize and supervise other business development related activities. E.g Conferences, Collaborations, events,etc
• Coordinate the implementation of the Company’s Business development strategies inline with the corporate goals
• Identify personnel gaps and recommend appropriate measures to be taken.

REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree or Higher National Diploma
• Minimum of two (15) sales leads generated monthly. Intelligent details must be available for these leads
• Maintain an average of Twenty (30) quality leads at every point in time.
• Evaluate the contact method used in making successful sales. To ensure all clients are visited at least once fortnightly.
• 50% of the sales target within the year must be met.
• 30% of bookings within a year should be converted to signed or committed,

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree qualification.
• 2 years of work experience.
• Candidates must reside within Ajah and its environs.

Salary
N180,000

Pay: From ₦180,000.00 per month
