Job Description:

The FOCALE Sales Executive is responsible for handling both retail and wholesale sales, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. This role requires a proactive salesperson with strong communication and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and support operational efficiency. (Job site: Sangotedo)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage retail and wholesale customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Upsell products to increase the average transaction size.
  • Convert walk-in customers into bulk buyers.
  • Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and pricing.
  • Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the buying experience.
  • Support the Senior Sales Executive in meeting branch sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Assist in implementing promotional campaigns to drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or OND in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably FMCG.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales tracking and reporting tools.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦300,000.00 per month
