Job Description:
The FOCALE Sales Executive is responsible for handling both retail and wholesale sales, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. This role requires a proactive salesperson with strong communication and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and support operational efficiency. (Job site: Sangotedo)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage retail and wholesale customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Upsell products to increase the average transaction size.
- Convert walk-in customers into bulk buyers.
- Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and pricing.
- Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the buying experience.
- Support the Senior Sales Executive in meeting branch sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Assist in implementing promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or OND in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably FMCG.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using sales tracking and reporting tools.
Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦300,000.00 per month
