Job Description:
The ideal candidate is responsible for engaging potential customers, promoting solar solutions, and closing sales.
● Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and approach potential customers (residential and commercial) through various channels.
●Product Presentation & Demonstration: Educate customers on the benefits and features of solutions.
●Sales Conversion: Close deals by effectively communicating product value and handling customer objections.
●Follow-ups & Customer Support: Maintain customer relationships for repeat sales and referrals.
●Reporting: Provide daily/weekly updates on sales activities and progress toward targets.
●Commission-Based Earnings: Earn commissions based on successful sales, with additional incentives for high performance.
Qualification/ Skills & Abilities:
● Experience in Sales in the renewable energy sector.
●Strong communication and negotiation skills.
●Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
●Prior experience in sales or solar energy is required.
●Passion for renewable energy and technology.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
