Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business and nurturing existing client relationships. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, a strong understanding of our product offerings, and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth & Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed revenue goals by identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Build a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Assess potential clients’ needs and determine the best solutions within our application software offerings.
  • Market & Industry Engagement: Attend conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand business reach.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Product Knowledge & Competitive Analysis: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, value proposition, and competitive landscape.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customized Sales Solutions: Understand client needs and tailor service offerings accordingly to maximize value.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Plan and oversee new marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract potential customers.
  • Performance & KPI Management: Work diligently to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, tracking progress and reporting results.
  • Business Planning & Sales Execution: Develop a comprehensive sales plan that covers revenue targets, expense controls, and overall business growth.
  • Client Meetings & Presentations: Arrange meetings, deliver compelling sales pitches, and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Timely Customer Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone, providing relevant information and marketing materials to support their decision-making process.
  • Collaboration & Business Development: Work closely with internal teams to develop innovative business initiatives and create value-driven solutions for clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • 3 – 4 years of post-NYSC sales and business development experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside around Victoria Island and its environs.

Work mode: Full time

Salary: ₦250,000 plus commission
