We seek a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients. This role focuses on direct sales and lead conversion and requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who will work closely with the sales team to execute strategies, meet targets, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and diligently follow up on leads generated from various channels, including form submissions, email inquiries, and affiliate referrals.
- Engage in proactive telemarketing and sales calls to convert leads into customers.
- Craft and deliver clear, convincing sales pitches that resonate with both local and international clientele.
- Maintain and build client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular contact with potential clients, nurturing relationships and moving leads through the sales funnel.
- Implement sales strategies that align with company goals and target markets.
- Keep abreast of aviation industry trends and use this knowledge to inform sales tactics and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the affiliate program and generate a high volume of quality leads.
- Employ cold marketing techniques, including cold calls, cold emails, and proactive LinkedIn/social media outreach, to generate new leads.
- Participate in strategy sessions to improve lead generation and conversion processes.
- Ensure all communications are professional, representing Zino Aviation’s brand and values to an international audience.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive.
BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study.
Must have proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets in B2B and B2C sales, while B2G experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with an international audience.
Exceptional articulation with superior persuasive abilities and clear communication.
Possess a clear and appealing voice with excellent spoken English easily understood by an international audience.
Energetic and passionate with a high-energy personality that resonates in all forms of communication.
Familiarity with the aviation industry is advantageous for better industry insight.
Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of leads effectively.
Strong understanding of sales principles combined with excellent customer service practices.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient workflow management.
Available to work flexible hours when required to accommodate international time zones.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, professional, and engaging sales content and emails.
Experienced in CRM systems with proficiency in data entry and lead tracking.
Comfortable with flexible hours to cover multiple time zones and client availability.
A bachelor’s degree or qualification in Business Administration or Marketing Communications is an advantage.
