Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and convert them into event bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Offer excellent customer service before, during, and after events to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct in-person or virtual tours of the venue for potential clients.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Keep accurate records of client communications, leads, and bookings in the system.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and lead conversion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new event trends.
- Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and attract new clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the events, hospitality, or banking industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
