Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Executive to join our dynamic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contracting and engineering company in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven sales experience within the MEP or construction engineering sector and a good understanding of technical sales, proposal preparation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities in the MEP industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and tender documents tailored to client requirements and project scope.
• Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to develop competitive and technically sound offers.
• Attend site visits, client meetings, and presentations as required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market activity to inform sales strategies.
• Track sales metrics and report regularly on pipeline activity and revenue forecasts.
• Support the negotiation and closing of contracts in line with company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the MEP, engineering, or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is essential.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications to generate accurate proposals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation Package:

• Basic Salary: ₦250,000 other benefits including Airtime & Data Allowance, Transportation Allowance Plus: Attractive commission on sales

Pay: From ₦250,000.00 per month
