Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand the client base.
- Client Consultations: Conduct client meetings, understand their needs, and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Property Presentations: Conduct property viewings and provide detailed presentations of available real estate properties to prospective clients.
- Negotiations & Deal Closure: Engage in contract negotiations with clients, ensure favorable terms, and close deals effectively.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis, tracking personal and team performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Necessary Competencies:
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate successfully and close high-value real estate deals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive communication, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions tailored to their real estate goals.
- Sales-Oriented Mindset: Focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive real estate market.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Skills Required:
- Real Estate Knowledge:
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present properties to clients effectively, both in person and virtual.
- Negotiation and Closing Skills: Ability to close complex real estate deals and handle contract negotiations.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, or a similar field.
- A strong network in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Female preferable for gender balance
