Drop Growth is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help convert leads into booked calls for our B2B clients across various industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, engaging potential clients, and driving sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage leads
  • Qualify and nurture prospects, guiding them toward booked calls
  • Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement and drive conversions
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting
  • Strong ability to build rapport and engage prospects
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Proven track record of converting leads into booked calls
  • Ability to adapt messaging and outreach tactics to different B2B industries

Comfortable using CRM tools and managing outreach workflows
