Job Description:

Engraved Real Estate Limited a reputable and growing real estate company in Lagos, is seeking a talented and versatile Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence while also running strategic digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an engaging content strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Create and post high-quality visual and written content (reels, graphics, carousels, captions)
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow online community
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistency in brand tone and visuals
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content relevant and fresh
• Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed
• Track conversions, website traffic, and engagement using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
• Implement SEO strategies to enhance visibility and search ranking
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and sales goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and social media management (real estate experience is a plus)
• Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools
• Strong creative, storytelling, and copywriting skills
• Basic video editing and graphic design skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze insights and optimize performance
• Must reside within or close to Abijo, Sangotedo, Ajah, or nearby areas

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦250,000.00 – ₦300,000.00 per month
