We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented, and persuasive Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for sales, expert knowledge of marketing strategies, and the ability to close deals effortlessly, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Revenue:

  • Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend the perfect products to maximize sales.
  • Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase purchase value.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Customer Engagement & Experience:

  • Provide a warm, friendly, and professional shopping experience for every customer.
  • Build relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring they trust our brand as their go-to for children’s products.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints with persuasion and problem-solving skills to convert potential negative experiences into positive ones.

Sales & Marketing Strategy Execution:

  • Implement aggressive in-store and online sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on promotional opportunities, such as seasonal sales and back-to-school campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute in-store activations, social media promotions, and community outreach programs.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Recommend innovative sales tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide feedback on customer demands and suggest new product opportunities.

Store Merchandising & Stock Management:

  • Ensure all products are strategically displayed to attract maximum customer interest.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with the store manager to restock fast-moving items.
  • Keep the store neat, organized, and visually appealing.

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in children’s products, retail, or FMCG.
✔ Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and consumer psychology.
✔ Ability to work with KPIs and sales targets.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-savvy – comfortable using digital sales tools and social media to drive sales.
Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated – you take initiative and don’t wait for instructions to sell!

Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month
