Our mission is to help businesses scale through innovative marketing solutions, strategic partnerships, and business development. We are looking for a Sales Associate with 1–2 years of experience to help drive business growth, generate leads, and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through research, prospecting, and outreach (emails, calls, etc.).
- Qualify leads, understand client needs, and develop tailored sales pitches.
- Attend networking events (virtual and in-person) to build relationships and represent the agency.
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client interaction records.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in a B2B environment).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and client relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Skill Set
- Sales & Negotiation: Lead generation, client relationship management, pitching.
- Communication: Strong verbal, presentation, and written skills.
- Research & Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential clients.
- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail in managing leads and updating records.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media prospecting.
