Job Description:

My client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

– Identify and engage prospective clients, including corporate and small business owners.

– Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

– Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and solutions.

– Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

– Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements:

– Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or HND in sale & marketing or any relevant fields

– Proven experience in sales.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

– Knowledge of the security sectors is an advantage.
