We are seeking a Sales And Marketing Specialist who is results-driven, passionate about the food tech industry, and ready to drive restaurant partnerships while leading a high-performing sales and delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Restaurant Onboarding & Client Management

  • Onboard at least two (2) new restaurants daily, ensuring full registration and complete food menu uploads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners to ensure engagement and retention.
  • Assist vendors in navigating the ChefCook platform for optimized sales.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage delivery personnel (“Runners”) to enhance order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor sales and delivery activities, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track onboarding progress and sales performance, generating regular reports.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or vendor acquisition, preferably in the food tech, e-commerce, or logistics industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking.

  • Lagos: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
