We’re seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team in Ikeja, Lagos. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education, loves travel, and thrives on connecting with people to build meaningful relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Promote our study abroad and travel packages to prospective students and clients
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships (in person, by phone, and online)
✅ Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline and digital)
✅ Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and partner events
✅ Conduct school visits, campus activations, and outreach programs
✅ Create compelling content for social media and marketing materials
✅ Track leads and maintain accurate records using our CRM tools
✅ Report weekly performance metrics and contribute ideas for growth
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
? Minimum of 1–2 years experience in sales or marketing (preferably in the travel or education sector)
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Instagram, Meta Ads, email campaigns, etc.)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
? Willingness to travel locally for outreach and events
? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
