Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, overseeing marketing campaigns, and leading a sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
✅Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
✅ Engage with potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Marketing & Brand Visibility:
✅ Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, branding, and content creation.
✅ Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships.
✅ Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
✅ Analyze sales performance, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
✅ Adjust marketing strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
✅ Mentor and lead the sales team, ensuring targets are met.
✅ Provide training and support to junior sales and marketing staff.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand communication (Real Estate experience preferred).
✔ BSc or HND in a relevant field.
✔ Strong social media management skills.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking abilities.
✔ Must reside in or be able to commute to Yaba, Lagos.
