Responsibilities

· Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in solar energy solutions.

· Assist in planning and running marketing campaigns across digital platforms, events, and other channels.

· Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and support the sales team in closing deals.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service before and after sales.

· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solar solutions to clients.

· Meet sales and marketing targets and provide regular reports and insights.

· Stay updated on solar products and industry developments to better engage customers.

· Contribute to a positive, results-driven team culture.

Qualifications

· OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Associate in the Renewable Energy industry or any other industry.
