Our client is a CBN Licensed financial services firm offering a range of solutions, including personal loans, business financing, investment products, and wealth management services. They focus on delivering tailored, flexible financial strategies to meet the diverse needs of individuals and businesses, with a strong emphasis on customer support.

We are looking to hire an experienced and reliable Sales and Customer Acquisition lead for our HNI Investment and Wealth Management Services Unit. You will be responsible for seeking and engaging prospective clients, promoting financial products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

key responsibilities include:

• Seek and engage prospective clients, providing necessary product and service information.
• Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Update customers on rate changes and promotional offers.
• Identify and engage potential clients, offering tailored investment and wealth management solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through financial advisory services.
• Educate clients on market trends, investment options, and portfolio management.
• Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to provide sound financial guidance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar fields.

• At least 2 years Sales/Marketing experience in a corporate establishment/Experience in a bank or similar financial institution is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Good knowledge of financial services products and services. Ability to collaborate and function in a team.
• Goal-oriented with a drive for success.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop.
• Good analytical and numerate skills.
• Ability to multitask and function in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₦180,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
