SALES ADVISOR/MARKETER

Job Description:

As a Sales Advisor/Marketer, you will be the face of the company to clients, helping them find styles that suit their taste while actively promoting the brand to grow our customer base. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in clients, offering personalized fashion advice and product recommendations
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers (e.g., social media promotions, WhatsApp marketing, flyers, etc.)
• Manage and grow client database for targeted campaigns and referrals
• Promote special offers, new arrivals, and loyalty programs
• Collect customer feedback and relay suggestions to management for service improvement
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Represent the brand at pop-up events or exhibitions when required
• Support the team in daily showroom operations, including merchandising and inventory checks

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field
• Previous experience in fashion sales or customer service is a strong advantage
• Smart appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and ability to advise clients on style
• Goal-driven, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital platforms for sales
• Must reside in or around Ilupeju, Lagos

Salary & Benefits

• Starting salary: ₦150,000 monthly
