Duties

- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for territory sales growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in retail or technical environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Demonstrated success in territory sales management and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
