Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for territory sales growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Experience

  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in retail or technical environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in territory sales management and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
