Job Description: 

As a Sales Account Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, supporting active traders, and promoting GTCFX’s cutting-edge trading solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in forex sales and a passion for financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients (retail and institutional) through direct sales, referrals, and networking
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of active trading clients
  • Provide guidance to clients on trading platforms (MT4/MT5), account setup, and funding processes
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and KYC/verification compliance
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client engagement and retention
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports using CRM systems

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of proven sales or account management experience in a forex or CFD brokerage (Nigeria-based experience is essential)
  • B.sc in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and trading platforms (MT4/MT5)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented with a client-first approach
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales dashboards
  • Proficiency in English; additional local or foreign languages is a plus
