Responsibilities
* Drive new business by identifying and engaging prospective clients in the construction and real estate sectors.
* Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with developers, project managers, and contractors.
* Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram) and professional networks to generate leads.
* Conduct product demos and presentations showcasing the value of our PropTech SaaS solutions to stakeholders.
* Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by providing tailored solutions for client needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and CRM records.
* Monitor construction industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
* Attend industry expos, networking events, and demo days to generate visibility and attract new leads.
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Provide feedback to the product team based on client needs and market demand.
* Develop account growth plans and upsell relevant services based on evolving client requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
* 4+ years of B2B sales and account management experience, preferably in PropTech, construction, or SaaS.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Strong consultative selling, client engagement, and relationship management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management.
* Strong interest in construction technology and innovation.
* Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦500,000.00 – ₦800,000.00 per month
