SALE/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:

We are looking for talented sales professionals to generate new business leads, build strong relationships with customers, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

1. Meet and exceed sales targets

2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

4. Conduct needs assessments and present solutions

5. Negotiate and close deals

6. Respond to customers daily ( up to 100 customers request)

Customer Service:

1. Provide exceptional customer service

2. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns

3. Resolve customer complaints

Marketing Support:

1. Participate in marketing events and campaigns

2. Provide feedback on marketing materials

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Administrative:

1. Maintain accurate sales records and reports

2. Manage sales pipeline and forecasting

3. Meet sales performance metrics

Requirements:

Essential:

1. 1-2 years of sales experience

2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

4. Strong industry knowledge and network

5. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Desirable:

1. Experience with CRM software

2. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools

3. Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., CSP, CSM)

Skills:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2. Results-driven and self-motivated

3. Ability to work under pressure

4. Analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Team player

 Experience:

  • Sales and customer service: 2 years (Required)
