Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Supervisor to manage inventory control, stocktaking, and oversee daily operations of staff at our mini mart in Abule Egba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring shelves are adequately stocked, supervising store attendants, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily and weekly inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Receive, record, and organize stock deliveries.
• Track product expiry dates and coordinate timely stock rotation.
• Monitor and report stock discrepancies, damages, or theft.
• Supervise and assign tasks to store attendants and support staff.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and customer readiness.
• Provide regular inventory and performance reports to management.
• Collaborate with the store owner on restocking decisions and pricing.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional training in business, retail, or logistics is an advantage.
• Prior experience in retail, inventory management, or store supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must reside in or around Abule Egba.
• Proficiency in basic computer or point-of-sale (POS) systems is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦80,000.00 per month
