Remote Sales Agent (commission based)

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and proactive Sales Agents with a strong background in business development. This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for professionals who know how to identify and nurture business leads, communicate value, and work toward clear sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients across industries
- Share qualified leads with the team and actively follow up
- Collaborate with our BD team to ensure seamless handover and support through the closing process
- Prepare simple, structured call memos and weekly activity reports
- Work consistently to meet assigned monthly targets
- Stay updated on our service offerings and use sales materials provided
Ideal Candidate
- Proven business development or sales experience, preferably in consulting, tech, or professional services
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Able to prepare basic call notes/memos and track lead status
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with monthly targets
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Professional network or lead generation skills is a strong advantage
