We are looking for experienced and proactive Sales Agents with a strong background in business development. This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for professionals who know how to identify and nurture business leads, communicate value, and work toward clear sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients across industries
  • Share qualified leads with the team and actively follow up
  • Collaborate with our BD team to ensure seamless handover and support through the closing process
  • Prepare simple, structured call memos and weekly activity reports
  • Work consistently to meet assigned monthly targets
  • Stay updated on our service offerings and use sales materials provided

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven business development or sales experience, preferably in consulting, tech, or professional services
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Able to prepare basic call notes/memos and track lead status
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working with monthly targets
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely
  • Professional network or lead generation skills is a strong advantage
