To address these challenges, we are hiring Remote Application Specialists and providing a well-defined process, structured training, and continuous evaluation to ensure efficiency and success.
Role Structure & Responsibilities
Fully Remote | Salary: 50,000 Naira/Month + $100 Bonus per Successful Job Placement
Aquila Horizons seeks highly motivated and tech-savvy individuals to efficiently handle job applications, utilize AI tools, and maintain accurate tracking of submitted resumes.
Key Responsibilities:
Automated Efficiency – Submit 150 job applications daily for assigned profiles. Document Processing – Convert Word documents to PDF for proper submission. AI Utilization – Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to optimize resumes and cover letters. Tracking & Accountability – Maintain real-time tracking by posting all created and submitted resumes in a designated WhatsApp group. Performance Monitoring – Participate in weekly evaluations to assess progress and improve efficiency.
Training & Onboarding
Structured Training – A 2-day training program conducted via Microsoft Teams or CoScreen to equip candidates with essential skills.
Continuous Evaluation – Weekly performance reviews to enhance workflow and ensure efficiency.
Requirements
✔ Proficiency in computer usage and job application platforms. ✔ Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT. ✔ Ability to convert Word files to PDF accurately. ✔ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent work ethic. ✔ Active internet connection for uninterrupted workflow.
Compensation & Benefits
